Dance Trix is a unique program aimed at developing the acrobatic technique of competitive dancers, gymnasts, cheerleaders, figure skaters as well as other elite athletes. Dance trix is divided between the beginner and intensive programs.
In the beginner workshops the foundation skills and walkovers are the main focus. The intensive program pushes the aerial, back handspring, saltos, layouts and any other flight skills, variations or combinations. In both programs the skills are broken down into progressions and taught in an efficient manner in order to accelerate learning.
In addition to focusing on the acrobatic technique a large emphasis is placed on developing the overall fitness level. Helping to improve and maintain strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, core body control and endurance are yet another facet that dance trix provides to its athletes.
